Any cabin (including base) that is over 2.5m in height must be 2m from your boundary. Cabins below this height must be 1m from your boundary if over 15 Sq m. See our Planning Permission page for more details.

Our structural base work is constructed upon solid plastic recycled anti rot posts. These are post fixed into the ground at metre centres to which a tanalised and pressure treated framework is fixed. This provides a level framework base to which your cabin is constructed.
Your new cabin will take 8 to 10 Weeks. This is subject to seasonal change.
With the recommended preservative and maintenance your cabin will give you a lifetime of outdoor living.
Yes. Although we offer a full installation service you may decide to build your own cabin which comes with a full construction drawing and component list.
