Our chalets are constructed from Siberian spruce with an interlocking plank system. This method is superior in every aspect to the conventional panel options offered by other manufacturers. We use a double tongue and grooved wind lock system that is a natural barrier to the elements which is available on all our log cabins with a 35mm wall and above.

Our double glazing and insulated cavity walls provide the extra warmth and comfort for the all year round outdoor living experience. However if you should have your own design or layout in mind our made to measure service is available for those looking for something more bespoke and unique.

All our chalets come with a 12 month guarantee on all materials and workmanship.

A free site survey is available to all our customers in Surrey and surrounding areas. We strongly recommended this service on all large projects and bespoke cabin designs.

Our sales team have many years experience in the cabin industry and are pleased to help answer all the questions and cabin ideas you may have.

The free design and drawing service offered at Creative Living will enable you to design and see your cabin before you decide to order. This service is available to those who want something bespoke and unique.

Why not come and visit one of our large display villages, where you can view a selection of log cabins on site. Our staff will be more than happy to give you advice, and answer any questions.

After sales service was second to none. All companies are nice when they are selling a log cabin, but Creative Living were excellent after the order was taken, and this was important because our log cabin was unique with a unique location and adjustments were made (after the order was taken) for the better. The installation team were great, polite and helpful and they worked efficiently without making a mess in what was a very hot couple of days. They did a great job and the cabin appears well assembled, level and creak free. The additional decking walk way I'd requested was integrated aesthetically and I'm very pleased with the result. The cabin is a good looking product that met our needs. We are very happy with the service we received and would not hesitate to recommend Creative Living to friends.
