When I decided to have a Man Cave built in my garden for the World Cup, I did some extensive research on all the different options. Having eventually decided on a Log Cabin by Creative Living I can only say just how delighted I am with the results. Not only did they help me with a bespoke design to include internal storage but also on great guidance for the protection and upkeep against the British weather. From start to finish the whole process of choosing, buying, taking delivery of and the installation of our cabin very easy. The sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The install team (Adam & Jack) were polite, efficient, respectful and friendly. They were tidy and communicative. We have still to have the air con fitted and the outside is being painted tomorrow. More  photos  when finished.

‘Log’ Cabin Base Work.

Our recycled plastic post system is far superior to the timber posts system still used by other companies, which in time will be compromised and rot beneath ground level. And we guarantee the system for 5 years!

All our Cabins now come with a 5-year guarantee on all materials and workmanship.

We also use pre-treated timbers on our base work above ground level and these timbers are all supported by a recycled plastic post system that are secured within concrete below ground levels.

Our Plastic post system will never be compromised unlike a timber post base work system.

Recycled Plastic Posts are used on all our cabin base work systems which won’t rot over time unlike the timber posts system used by many cabin suppliers.
A Damp Proof Membrane is fitted across the base work framework before the cabin construction is undertaken.
Fast Drying postfix enables the cabin construction to start 30 minutes after the base work is completed.

Our professional installation teams are highly experienced with ground work, carpentry and log cabin installations. They are trained to the highest standard to ensure your new Log Cabin is constructed to your total satisfaction. All members of our installation teams are employed by Creative Living and no sub-contractors are used to construct your new log cabin.

Our installation teams take great care that you are completely happy and satisfied with your new log cabin before leaving your property. On completion the installation team will show you round your new log cabin, before asking you to sign our customer care check list to confirm you are entirely happy with your wonderful new cabin before leaving your property clean and tidy.

From the very beginning, when Adam called me upon arriving at our house and I was unable to be there, I was touched by his patience and professionalism. Despite my initial confusion about the timing, Adam’s courteous manner immediately put me at ease. I must admit, there was a tree near the fence that I was a little sentimental about and was reluctant to remove. I knew it would be in the way – no problem for Adam, he just mentioned that it may be in the way, and he may have to trim some of it off – was that okay for me?

Even when I was not present for the installation, Adam went above and beyond by sending me photos for approval and later a video to explain the final details. His dedication and attention to detail truly impressed me.
