We honestly couldn't be happier with our cabin from Creative Living!

From the very first conversation with Steve through to the final installation, the whole experience was fantastic. Steve took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, and the finished cabin has turned out to be everything we hoped for and more.

The quality of the workmanship is exceptional and it's clear that everyone involved takes real pride in what they do. All of the tradespeople who worked on the project were friendly, professional and efficient, making the installation process smooth and stress-free.

Now that it's complete, we can honestly say the cabin meets our requirements perfectly. It's been thoughtfully designed, beautifully finished and is exactly what we wished for.

A huge thank you to Steve and the Creative Living team. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a bespoke cabin or garden room.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Superb throughout, we saved a lot compared to other quotes for a custom build cabin and the fit and finish is fantastic. Really please with the results, would happily use again and recommend. The team on the days during fit were very quick and professional. Excellent service and cabin.

When I decided to have a Man Cave built in my garden for the World Cup, I did some extensive research on all the different options. Having eventually decided on a Log Cabin by Creative Living I can only say just how delighted I am with the results. Not only did they help me with a bespoke design to include internal storage but also on great guidance for the protection and upkeep against the British weather. This only leaves me to say that I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else who has intentions on doing the same.

It all felt quite relaxed and any questions we had were answered quickly and comprehensively. The whole team acted very professionally throughout and we are delighted with the end result.

‘Log’ Cabin Base Work.

Our recycled plastic post system is far superior to the timber posts system still used by other companies, which in time will be compromised and rot beneath ground level. And we guarantee the system for 5 years!

All our Cabins now come with a 5-year guarantee on all materials and workmanship.

We also use pre-treated timbers on our base work above ground level and these timbers are all supported by a recycled plastic post system that are secured within concrete below ground levels.

Our Plastic post system will never be compromised unlike a timber post base work system.

Recycled Plastic Posts are used on all our cabin base work systems which won’t rot over time unlike the timber posts system used by many cabin suppliers.
A Damp Proof Membrane is fitted across the base work framework before the cabin construction is undertaken.
Fast Drying postfix enables the cabin construction to start 30 minutes after the base work is completed.

Our professional installation teams are highly experienced with ground work, carpentry and log cabin installations. They are trained to the highest standard to ensure your new Log Cabin is constructed to your total satisfaction. All members of our installation teams are employed by Creative Living and no sub-contractors are used to construct your new log cabin.

Our installation teams take great care that you are completely happy and satisfied with your new log cabin before leaving your property. On completion the installation team will show you round your new log cabin, before asking you to sign our customer care check list to confirm you are entirely happy with your wonderful new cabin before leaving your property clean and tidy.

Over the years many of our customers have left very positive feedback about their cabin installation experience and this is something we feel very proud about. Please see a large selection of these comments on our customer reviews page.

At Creative Living we strive to supply you with the cabin of your dreams, with a professional installation service by installation teams who are trained to build your cabin with the minimum fuss and disruption to you and your property.

And finally. Don’t just take our word for it…

I wanted to take a moment to express my deep appreciation for the incredible team you sent to install our cabin – Adam and Junior.

From the very beginning, when Adam called me upon arriving at our house and I was unable to be there, I was touched by his patience and professionalism. Despite my initial confusion about the timing, Adam’s courteous manner immediately put me at ease. I must admit, there was a tree near the fence that I was a little sentimental about and was reluctant to remove. I knew it would be in the way – no problem for Adam, he just mentioned that it may be in the way, and he may have to trim some of it off – was that okay for me?

Even when I was not present for the installation, Adam went above and beyond by sending me photos for approval and later a video to explain the final details. His dedication and attention to detail truly impressed me.

Although I have not yet seen the completed work, I have full confidence in the exceptional quality based on Adam’s exemplary service. Please convey my heartfelt gratitude to Adam for his outstanding work and professionalism.

We had a cabin installed in May and the whole family are over the moon with it, it’s the perfect family room/space we needed.

We would highly recommend Creative Living and their cabins. The team was super professional, courteous and helpful at every stage. And the cabin itself is of excellent quality and excellent value for money.

A big thank you to Martin, Stuart and Graham! If you’re thinking of getting a cabin/garden room – get one with these fine people, you’ll wish you did it sooner!

We are learning to live with the new cabin. It’s always a shock to walk in to it and realise that “Hey, this is ours! Wow”. It really is beautiful and extremely well built.

I am extremely pleased with the manner in which Steve Day project managed the whole event, it was timely and what was requested was delivered as agreed and when it was promised.

'Bespoke' Cabin

After visiting many log cabin stockists across the width and breadth of the country, we had given up hope of finding a quality building. Then we discovered Creative Living, and cannot express sufficiently our joy in what we had found!

Terry & Jen, from Hants

'Bespoke' Cabin

We liked the choice of cabin styles offered by Creative Living, and overall we had a positive experience and a good quality product. One after sales issue (e.g. amending the decking) was also handled well.

Sophie Tomkins, Chobham, Surrey

'Hampshire' Cabin

The main reason for choosing Creative Living was the quality of the products on display. A great team with a good attitude, all makes for a great experience.

Mr R Adams, Effingham, Surrey

'Cumbria' Cabin

The honestly, openness and lack of pushy salesmenship was refreshing. The cost compared to our other option, which was a house extension, was simply an easy decision. What you get for your money is superb.

I just wanted to say how thrilled we are with our freshly painted Suffolk cabin – it looks awesome! The guys who put it together were also very polite and helpful and were a pleasure to make a cup of coffee for!
